Shipping policy

Kensley & Co. ships to all 50 U.S. states. Standard shipping is free on every order. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) and delivered within 5–9 business days. A tracking number is emailed when the order ships.

We are not able to change the shipping address once an order has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund. For questions about a delivery, email hello@kensleyandco.com.
