Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on unworn items in their original packaging. To start a return, email hello@kensleyandco.com with your order number; we will send a prepaid return label for U.S. orders.

Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Exchanges ship as soon as the return is scanned by the carrier. Items that are worn, washed or damaged after delivery cannot be returned. Sale items are final unless faulty.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
